Micro Cement Overlays, are also referred to as microcement, microtopping, microcrete and micro concrete. There are a wide variety of products on the market.

At Perth Concrete floors we specialize in installing the Mapai Ultratop  self leveling micro cement topping. It is available in cement grey or white and can be coloured to to different colours.

Mapai Ultratop is a special compound of graded silica sand, resins and admixtures. It is excellent material for polished or natural-looking cement floors that have high abrasion resistance. Suitable for the most demanding concrete flooring.

Mapai ultratop can be laid at a thickness from 5mm to 40mm. It can be mechanically polished for a beautiful lustrous finish or left natural and sealed for a industrial type finish.
